Dallat: Hoaxers attacking our growth industry

SDLP East Derry MLA John Dallat said those responsible for the hoax bomb alert which disrupted the North West 200 are damaging one of our few growth industries.

He said: "It is hard to imagine the mentality of those who would presumably claim to act on behalf of the people of Ireland and then proceed to hurt the people’s economic prospects. Tourism is one of the few places we can turn in this recession for new jobs. Today’s headlines will do nothing to help."
