Patricia Rogers was first elected to Fermanagh District Council in 2005, serving until 2011. She regained her seat on the newly structed Fermanagh and Omagh Council in May 2014.
After working for many years for the Civil Service, NI Housing Executive and in the construction sector, Patricia returned to full-time education in 2008 studying health and social care and graduating from University of Ulster Magee with a degree in social work, in which field she now works in Enniskillen.
Patricia believes that employment, infrastructure, affordable childcare provision, welfare reform and the fight against fracking are the issues that currently matter most to Fermanagh District and those which she will seek to focus on.
Her interests include following music and GAA sports, particularly local club Tempo Maguires. As a musical entertainer Patricia enjoys performing for friends at the Fermanagh Voluntary Association for the Disabled (FVAD) and local fund raiser events. She also plays an active role through the medium of music in the local parish and community.
Married to Brian, with a family of four grown-up children, Patricia lives outside Tempo.
