Byrne: It’s time for real change in South Antrim

SDLP South Antrim Westminster candidate Michelle Byrne has vowed to deliver a new era of change for the people of South Antrim.

Ms Byrne said: “The people of South Antrim need positive change, as a young energetic candidate I can provide that and give people a choice which they can be guaranteed to rely on.  They need a representative that truly understands those in South Antrim and more importantly, someone who will put the needs of this area first.
 
‘The people of the North need strong representation at Westminster.  People are sick of politicians bickering.  I’m here to address what is of real importance to this area.  This includes the protection of frontline services, securing investment in jobs and protecting against cuts in education. 
 
‘It is time to bring forward a new generation into politics. At our party conference in February our party leader promised to bring through a new generation of SDLP representatives who would deliver real change and a new era of politics. I intend to deliver on this promise for the people of South Antrim”.
