Kelly: Questions to be answered over Planetlove noise

Cllr Kelly said: "Over the weekend I received a number of complaints from residents across South Belfast complaining about the noise from the Planetlove festival at the King’s Hall. These complaints have come from residents not just in the vicinity of the King’s Hall but as far away as Stranmillis and the Ormeau Road. This has obviously caused a great deal of inconvenience for people across South Belfast and there are serious questions which have to be answered.

"I have been in contact with Belfast City Council's night-time noise team who were in the area taking noise readings and I would be very keen to find out if the noise levels recorded were within the permitted levels."
