Durkan calls on insurers to help Derry drivers save £2 million

SDLP Foyle MP Mark Durkan is standing up for drivers in Derry, and has said that if recent figures from MoneySuperMarket are accurate, they could be losing out on savings of up to £1,971,596 a year (or at least £113 each) on their car insurance because of unfair practices by insurers. Mr Durkan has also called on insurers to be more honest with customers when they automatically renew their car insurance policies.
