Friday 5th February 2010 Speaking ahead of attending Sunday’s service of thanksgiving and celebration to mark the 50th Anniversary of Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry, Foyle MP Mark Durkan said:
Thursday 2nd September 2010 SDLP Health Spokesperson Tommy Gallagher has said that performance of Altnagelvin and the Royal Victoria hospitals in their treatment of patients with hip fractures must be improved.
Tuesday 14th September 2010 SDLP health spokesperson Tommy Gallagher has said money must be found for a new radiotherapy unit at Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry.
Friday 1st October 2010 SDLP Foyle MP Mark Durkan has said the Health Minister Michael McGimpsey must give an absolute, copper-fastened commitment that the new cancer centre at Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry will get the go ahead regardless of what squeeze there are on other capital expenditure projects.
