Mullan: Heroin in parks will cause grave anxiety

SDLP Laganside Councillor and chair of the South Belfast District Policing and Community Safety Partnership, Kate Mullan has asserted that the use of parks in South Belfast for the sale of heroin will cause grave anxiety among residents and park users. After an increase in PSNI arrests and seizures of heroin in Botanic and Ormeau Park, Cllr Mullan has warned the public to be vigilant against the illegal trade of the drug.
