Tuesday 9th March 2010 SDLP Deputy Leader, Patsy McGlone, has called on anyone with information about an aggravated burglary at a house on the Ballymulligan Road on Monday to contact the police immediately. The MLA for Mid Ulster was speaking after news that two men, one armed with a baseball bat, had entered the house, tied up the occupants and made off with a sum of money.
Thursday 8th April 2010 The SDLP candidate for Mid Ulster, Cllr Tony Quinn, has launched his online video campaign with a promise, if elected, to donate one third of his MPs salary to a local anti-poverty charity. Monday 2nd August 2010 SDLP Deputy Leader and Mid Ulster MLA Patsy McGlone has said he is pleased that, after pressure from the SDLP, Sinn Féin Agriculture Minister Michelle Gildernew has included “Co Derry” as an address option on online agriculture and rural development applications. Mr McGlone flagged up the problem to the Minister after complaints from constituents who were only given “Co. Londonderry” as an address option on their application.

Tuesday 15th November 2011 SDLP MLA for Mid Ulster, Patsy McGlone, has welcomed a commitment from the Environment Minister, party colleague Alex Attwood, to ensure future consistency of interpretation of Planning Policy Statement (PPS) 21. The comments by the Minister came during question time in the Assembly.
