Tuesday 10th August 2010 SDLP Belfast councillor Niall Kelly has reminded young people and students in the South Belfast area to be aware of their personal safety when returning home, following a street robbery in the Wellington Park Terrace area which resulted in a teenager being hit with a hammer.
