Good public services and job creation can only be successful if we invest in roads, rail, public transport, energy and communications networks.
Key priorities include urgent action to upgrade the water system, investment in high quality public transport and roads improvement, further development of the all-island energy market including extension of natural gas across the North and throughout the island, and a decentralisation policy to bring government jobs to all parts of the region.
