McCrossan says A5 scheme must progress immediately

Following the Department for Infrastructure's comments that they intend on commencing the A5 scheme in late 2019, SDLP MLA Daniel McCrossan says he welcomes this move and says he has written to the Department to urge them to progress of the scheme under new civil servant powers legislation.
