Cusack: Drinkers force night-time closure of Baldrick Crescent steps

SDLP Derry Councillor Shauna Cusack has confirmed that the newly renovated steps at Baldrick Crescent which link the Cregganburn walkways to Rosemount will now be locked in the evenings due to health and safety and anti-social behaviour concerns.

Mullan: Traffic survey for Upper Ormeau

South Belfast Councillor Kate Mullan has welcomed the news that Transport NI has commissioned a Road traffic survey on the Upper Ormeau Road at Bell Towers / Holy Rosary following ongoing lobbying for a pedestrian crossing at this site. The site was last surveyed in 2012 and Transport NI has now agreed to complete a new traffic survey in September 2015.
