Michael has been a Councillor for Newry City since 2017. Married with three children with a background in the Newspaper Industry, Michael has made tackling the Housing Crisis in Newry a priority, securing the district's first Housing Needs Conference and changing Council policy to prioritise social and affordable housing within the planning process. He has also worked hard to secure the 15 acre park in Newry.
