The SDLP is developing a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for consideration and approval by the Party. As part of this work, the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group is keen to hear from party members, their understanding of the party’s current position regarding diversity and inclusion and their personal experiences as a member of the party.
