SDLP LGBT+ invites elected representatives, members, their family and friends to join us this summer for Pride marches in towns and cities across the North. At a time when LGBT+ people and our rights are under attack across the world, pride is an important movement to celebrate what we've achieved, show solidarity with people in our community who still face discrimination and protest for equality.

After five years away, Newry Pride makes its grand return! This one is particularly special, as Cllr Pete Byrne, Chairperson of Newry, Mourne and Down District Council will be leading the parade as Grand Marshall.

We will be gathering up outside The Quays from 12:30pm and setting off from 1pm. There will be a concert in the town from 2pm onwards and we'd love it if you could stay and enjoy the rest of the festivities.
